Voluntary Third-Party Liability Insurance (VTPL) Program:

This program ensures that if the insured vehicle causes damage to third parties (due to the client’s fault), the insurance company compensates the affected third party for the damages caused by the insured driver.

Insured Events:

Damage to the life and health of third parties caused by the driver of the insured vehicle.

Damage to third-party property caused by the driver of the insured vehicle.

Driver and Passenger Accident Insurance Program:

If the driver or passengers suffer disability, death, or bodily injuries due to a road traffic accident, the insurance company provides compensation to the affected party. This insurance is impersonal, covering the seats in the vehicle.

Insured Events:

Death of the driver or passengers.

Assignment of disability (1st, 2nd, or 3rd group) to the driver or passengers.

Bodily injuries sustained in a road traffic accident.
